On Saturday 22 February, we’re holding the launch of our latest creation, a pastry called “Paris- Saint-Bertrand”, at our Résistance bakery.
It’s a choux pastry with a melilot cream, blueberry, violet gel, blueberry confit, peanut praline, crêpe dentelle crisp with petit épeautre.
This cake is an iconic dessert that tells our story (Tulip the bakery’s creator lived in Paris and moved to the Pyrenees in 2016 ) and resembles our journey with the’elegance of local products.
– Organic peanuts from the Val d’Adour
– Sweet clover
– Blueberries (from the Saint Bertrand mountains, this is our harvest from last year)
– Violette (a little nod to the nearby city of Toulouse)
Free tasting and lyrical concert from 2pm to 3:30pm (before the bakery opens).
Concert by Camill Rhoul (classical guitarist) and Lucile Verbizier (lyric mezzo-soprano singer)
