Fabienne Perrel arrived in Ariège 10 years ago, out of love. She was born in the countryside, in a village with a harsh climate, at an altitude of 1026 metres. She loves nature, its simplicity and the authenticity of its outlook.
Her approach is to paint this animal gaze using bright colours and contrasts, highlighting this unique power that pierces us. Her colourful, powerful paintings reveal a face-off between human and animal.
Opening on Saturday 8 March at 6.30pm, followed by a cocktail reception.
