Trumpeter Nicolas Gardel has embarked on a transatlantic project, bringing together Peruvian and French musicians on a single album. After a week’s residency at the French Embassy in Lima, the trumpeter’s new repertoire takes us from Cuban rhythms to Peruvian waltzes, via the flamenco of his maternal origins! Recorded between Peru and France, this new opus transports us to a tropical, suave atmosphere where optimism reconnects with the intense pleasure of playing!
